Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated September 24, 2026
You can delete your Reachira account and its data yourself in Settings, at any time. Your account is blocked straight away, you have 30 days to change your mind, and after that your content is permanently purged from Reachira and the providers we use. We keep only the financial records the law requires, for 7 years (per the Estonian Accounting Act — to be confirmed by our accountant), with your personal details replaced by pseudonyms. If you cannot sign in, email privacy@reachira.com. You can also revoke Reachira's access to your Facebook, Instagram or Google account directly from those platforms.
Delete your account in Reachira
- Sign in to Reachira.
- Open Settings and find Delete my account.
- Read the summary of what will be deleted and what will be kept, type the confirmation word shown, and confirm.
Deleting a single workspace (one brand) is a different action in Settings and does not delete your account.
What happens straight away
- Your account is blocked: nobody can sign in to the product with it, nothing more is published from it, and no credits are spent. Scheduled posts are held and will not be published.
- Your paid subscription is set to end at the close of the current billing period, so you are not charged again.
Changing your mind within 30 days
For 30 days after your request you can cancel the deletion from the same Settings page, or by writing to privacy@reachira.com. Your account, content and connections come back as they were, and your subscription is resumed. If the billing period ended in the meantime, you will be asked to subscribe again.
What is purged after 30 days
When the window closes we permanently delete, from our own systems and from the providers that hold it for us:
- your videos, slideshows and generated media;
- your uploads, including demo recordings, images and audio;
- your voices, including cloned voices and voice samples;
- your character images and the photos used to create them;
- the access tokens and connections of your social accounts;
- your analytics and performance history;
- the email data we hold about you.
Some copies disappear on the provider's own short schedule, for example backups and delivery logs that expire after a limited period. Posts you have already published stay on the social platforms; delete them in each platform's app if you want them gone.
What we keep, and why
The law requires us to keep financial records for 7 years (per the Estonian Accounting Act — to be confirmed by our accountant). We therefore keep:
- the credit ledger (credits bought, reserved, charged and refunded);
- invoices, and the billing records held by our payment provider;
- logs and audit records needed for security and accountability.
In everything we keep, your email address, name, IP address and browser user agent are replaced by a pseudonym, so the records still add up but no longer identify you. When the retention period ends, the financial records are deleted too.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@reachira.com from the address linked to your Reachira account and ask us to delete it. If you write from another address, we may ask you to confirm you own the account before we act. The same 30-day window and the same rules apply.
Disconnect a single social account
In Reachira, open Accounts, choose the account and disconnect it. We stop publishing to it and remove its connection. This does not delete your Reachira account.
Revoke access from the platforms themselves
You can also remove Reachira's access directly on each platform. This stops us publishing to that account; we then delete the connection data as described above.
- Facebook and Instagram — on Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (on some versions, in Meta Accounts Center), find the app you connected through and remove it. Instagram accounts connected through a Facebook Page follow the same settings.
- Google and YouTube — open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, find the app you connected through and remove its access. See also our YouTube API Services disclosure.
- TikTok, LinkedIn and others — remove the app from the connected apps or security section of that platform's settings.
Depending on how your account was connected, the app you see on the platform may be our publishing provider rather than Reachira itself.
