Cookie Policy
Last updated September 24, 2026
Reachira uses as few cookies as possible. Cookies that keep you signed in are strictly necessary and always on. Analytics cookies are used only if you agree to them, and they come from a privacy-friendly analytics tool. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way; this policy covers them too.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are needed for Reachira to work, so they do not require consent and cannot be switched off in the product.
| Purpose | Provider | Why it is needed |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication session | Our authentication provider | Keeps you signed in securely and protects your session |
| Your cookie choice | Reachira | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics |
Your browser may also store small preferences, such as the language you chose, so the product keeps working the way you left it.
Analytics cookies — only with your consent
If you accept analytics, we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand how Reachira is used, such as which pages are visited, so we can improve it. These cookies are off until you agree, and declining them does not affect any feature. The tool is chosen and configured by Novlasoft OÜ, and it appears among the processor categories in our Privacy Policy whenever it is in use.
No advertising cookies
We do not use advertising cookies, do not track you across other websites, and do not sell data collected through cookies.
How to change or withdraw consent
- Open the cookie settings link in the footer of the site and change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops analytics cookies from then on.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
