Acceptable Use & Platform Compliance
Last updated September 24, 2026
Reachira publishes to your social accounts on your behalf, so what you publish must follow the law and the rules of each platform, not just ours. In short: follow each platform's community and content guidelines, disclose realistic AI-generated content the way each platform requires, use only music you have the right to use, never buy engagement, never impersonate anyone, and never flood platforms with duplicate posts. Breaking these rules can lead to suspension under our Terms of Use.
Follow each platform's rules
Every post you publish through Reachira is also subject to the rules of the platform it goes to. You are responsible for knowing and following them, including:
- TikTok — the Community Guidelines and the Content Sharing Guidelines for content posted through third-party tools. Among other things, TikTok expects you to review what you post, to choose your post's privacy and interaction settings yourself, and to declare when a post promotes your own brand or someone else's, which also means accepting TikTok's music usage or branded content terms for that post.
- Instagram and Facebook — Meta's Community Standards and Instagram's Community Guidelines.
- YouTube — the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's Community Guidelines.
- LinkedIn — LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.
When a platform's rule is stricter than ours, the platform's rule applies.
Disclose AI-generated content
Reachira can create content with AI characters, AI video, synthetic voices, cloned voices and lip-sync. Platforms require realistic AI-generated or significantly altered content to be disclosed, each in its own way, and some laws impose transparency duties too.
- Reachira gives you an "AI-generated content" setting on each post and on each campaign. It is off by default, and we never switch it on or off for you.
- You decide, for each post, whether it needs a label under the rules of the platform it goes to, and you apply it. When in doubt, label it.
- Do not use AI content to mislead people about real events, or to make a real person appear to say or do something they did not.
Real people, likeness and voices
- Create a character from photos of a real person, or clone a voice, only with that person's clear consent. Reachira asks you to confirm this consent and records it.
- No impersonation: do not pretend to be another person, brand or organisation, and do not use a name, logo or likeness that suggests an endorsement or connection that does not exist.
- Clearly disclose paid partnerships and sponsored content where the platform or the law requires it.
Music and other rights
- Use only content you own or are licensed to use: footage, images, fonts, text and music.
- Tracks in Reachira's music library are offered only while their licence is current. Do not download them for use outside Reachira.
- When you upload your own audio, you confirm you own the rights to it or have a licence that covers publishing it on the platforms you choose.
- Some platforms offer their own sound libraries with their own licence terms. Those sounds may be used only on that platform and under its terms.
No fake engagement or spam
- Do not buy, sell or trade likes, views, followers, comments or shares, and do not use Reachira together with bots or engagement schemes.
- Do not publish spam, misleading links, clickbait that misrepresents the content, or deceptive claims about products, health or money.
No mass duplicate posting
- Do not publish the same or near-identical video across many accounts, or repeatedly on one account, to game a platform's recommendation systems. Vary content meaningfully between accounts.
- Respect posting limits. Reachira allows at most 3 posts per connected account per day, and a platform's own limit applies if it is lower. Do not try to get around these limits, for example by connecting duplicate accounts.
Content that is never allowed
Content that is illegal; that sexualises minors; that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm; that harasses, threatens or discriminates against people; that infringes someone else's rights; or that contains malware or phishing.
Enforcement
We may remove content from Reachira, stop a campaign, disconnect an account, or suspend a workspace or account that breaks this policy, as described in our Terms of Use. Platforms may also take their own action against your accounts; that is between you and the platform.
