Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a paid Reachira plan at any time, and you keep everything your plan includes until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that the plan does not renew. We do not give pro-rated refunds for unused time unless the law requires it, credit packs are final once bought, and credits that have been spent are not refunded. Credits reserved for a generation that fails are always returned to your balance.

Monthly and yearly plans

Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or yearly. Each plan renews automatically at the end of its billing period until you cancel it.

How to cancel

Cancel from the Billing page in Reachira, or through the billing portal it links to. You do not need to contact us.

What happens when you cancel

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then you keep your plan's features, limits and remaining monthly credits.
• When the period ends, your subscription does not renew and the features and limits of the paid plan end.
• Deleting your account also stops renewal at the end of the current period; see Data Deletion.

Refunds of plan fees

• We do not give pro-rated or partial refunds for the unused part of a monthly or yearly period, or for features you did not use, unless the law that applies to you requires it.
• Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase (for example a consumer cooling-off period), that right applies as the law provides. Contact privacy@reachira.com to use it.
• If you were charged in error — for example twice for the same period — contact privacy@reachira.com and we will correct it.

Credit packs

Credit packs are final. Once purchased, a credit pack is not refundable or exchangeable for money, except where the law requires otherwise.

Credits

• Credits are reserved when an AI generation starts, charged when it succeeds, and refunded to your balance when it fails or is cancelled before it completes.
• Spent credits are non-refundable. A generation that succeeded but that you do not like is not refunded; regenerating costs the same as the original generation, and the price is always shown before you confirm.
• Credits have no cash value. More detail is in our Terms of Use.
