How much does Reachira cost?
There is a Free plan at $0, and paid plans at $39 (Starter), $99 (Growth), $179 (Pro) and $799 (Scale) per month. Paying yearly saves 20%.
What are AI credits and which formats use them?
AI credits are a balance spent only on AI generation, such as AI characters, while free formats, scripts, rendering, scheduling and publishing never use them.
How many credits and accounts does each plan include?
Starter includes 300 credits a month and 5 connected accounts, Growth 1,000 credits and 20 accounts, Pro 3,000 credits and 100 accounts, and Scale 8,000 credits and 500 accounts. Free comes with a one-time 10 credits and 1 account, and on Starter and up you can buy extra credit packs, which never expire.
How many posts per day can one account publish?
Reachira schedules at most 3 posts per connected account per day. Posts you schedule by hand and posts from automations count against the same limit, and the day follows your workspace's time zone.
Why is the limit lower than what the platforms allow?
Platforms have their own daily limits per account (for example 15 on TikTok and 10 on YouTube), and the lower of the two always applies. Our cap is a deliberate choice, because posting at high volume tends to hurt reach and account health more than it helps.
How long can videos be, and how are slideshows published?
We publish videos of up to 55 seconds to YouTube, and a video that does not fit a platform is left out of that platform with the reason shown. Slideshows go to TikTok as photo-mode carousels (up to 10 images) and to Instagram as carousels (up to 10 images), and to YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook as a rendered video.
Does Reachira label my videos as AI-generated?
The AI-generated content label is an optional setting that you control, and it is off by default. Whatever you choose is passed to the platform as-is; Reachira never turns it on or off for you based on how the video was made.
Who is responsible for disclosing AI content?
You are. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube have their own policies requiring disclosure of realistic AI-generated content, and other rules may apply where you operate, so check them and set the label accordingly on each post or campaign.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Deletion starts an undo window of 30 days, during which you can cancel it and nothing is purged. After that your data is purged, except financial records, which are kept for the legal retention period.
Can I download the videos I make?
Yes, any finished video can be downloaded, and downloading never costs credits. On the Free and Starter plans, videos carry a watermark.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel any time under Billing. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and then the workspace moves to the Free plan.
Do I get a refund for credits when I cancel?
Spent credits are not refundable, and credit packs are final. Purchased credits you have not used stay with you after cancelling, while unused monthly plan credits do not roll over.
